As this is a final sale offer, we are unable to provide a refund or credit note. If you wish to swap sizes or styles (subject to availability), we are happy to exchange your items for another sale item only. If this applies to you, please ensure the following conditions are met:

1. The shoes must be returned to our Newmarket store and received by our team within 7 days of your purchase.

2. The shoes must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging (we recommend trying them on at home on carpet). 

3. We must have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or this packing slip.

• No refund will be provided for choosing a new item of lesser value. Please ensure you choose something of the same or greater value.

Please kindly note that due to the volume of purchases and in the interest of fairness to all those who shop our archive sale event, we will not make any exceptions on the above conditions. 

All postage costs for returning and exchanging items will be covered by the customer. If you prefer to visit us for your exchange, please visit our Newmarket store only as we are unable to process Archive Sale exchanges at our Commercial Bay store.

Click and Collect (available at our Newmarket store only):

Your Click & Collect order will be available for up to 7 days from the date you receive your Ready for Collection’ email. 
If you decide your purchase is not suitable on the day of pick up we will happily exchange for another Sale item (subject to availability). 

Please note that we can not provide any extension to the 7 day pick up period and we will not provide refunds or exchanges after this period has passed.
We won’t be able to process any exchanges after collection.

Our sizes are based on European sizing. These are approximate conversions.

Please note that we make shoes for a wide range of feet- slim, average and wide and therefore we recommend you follow our fit advice for each style.

Use shoe leather conditioner to cleanse, moisturise and remove light scuffs. Revive with matching coloured renovating polish. Finish with shine dressing. 

Suede, Nubuck & Velvet

 Apply several layers of water and stain protector before wearing. Reapply every few wears. Avoid water and other liquids. Store out of direct light. Use a suede/nubuck brush to remove dirt.

Patent

 Use shoe leather conditioner to cleanse. Revive with matching coloured patent dressing. Finish with a shine dressing.

Please care for your NR accessories using the following instructions:

Silk

Dry clean only. Store out of direct light in a cool and dry place. Avoid alcohol-based products. Keep ironing to a minimum.
