Exchanges & Returns
We will happily exchange or refund any REBs purchased online within 2 weeks of the original purchase.
Please ensure your REBs have not been worn and are in their original condition and packaging or we will be unable to process your refund.
All postage costs for exchanges or returns will be covered by the customer.
Please note that refunds may take between 5-10 working days to be processed.
In the unlikely event that your REBs are deemed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act by having your REBs fixed, replaced or crediting you a refund.
It is our policy that all suspected faulty items be sent back to us for assessment. Upon assessment we will determine which of the above remedies is best.
