Exchanges & Returns

  

We will happily exchange or refund any shoes purchased online within 2 weeks of the original purchase.

 

Please ensure your shoes have not been worn and are in their original condition and packaging or we will be unable to process your refund.

 

All postage costs for exchanges or returns will be covered by the customer.

  

 

Faulty items

 

In the unlikely event that your shoes are deemed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act by having your shoes fixed, replaced or crediting you a refund.

 

It is our policy that all suspected faulty items be sent back to us for assessment. Upon assessment we will determine which of the above remedies is best.

In-store purchases

Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind on in store purchases. We do offer exchanges on full priced items for 7 days from the date of purchase provided they are unworn and in perfect condition.
